These Terms of Service govern access to wildwoodpeptides.com, all related pages, and every order request submitted to Wildwood Peptides. By using the website or submitting an order, you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 21 years old and legally able to enter a binding agreement. By submitting an order, you represent that all information you provide is accurate, that you are acting for yourself or an authorized research organization, and that your purchase and intended activities comply with all applicable laws.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the website or submit an order.
All products are offered strictly for lawful in vitro laboratory research. They are not offered as drugs, foods, cosmetics, dietary supplements, medical devices, or veterinary products; are not intended for human or animal consumption; and may not be used to diagnose, treat, cure, mitigate, or prevent any disease or condition.
You agree not to ingest, inject, inhale, administer, compound for personal use, use on any human or animal, relabel for an unapproved purpose, or provide any product to another person for such use. You are solely responsible for lawful acquisition, secure storage, qualified handling, documentation, disposal, and all consequences arising from possession or use.

Nothing on the website is medical, pharmaceutical, legal, safety, dosing, reconstitution, or other professional advice. Wildwood Peptides does not establish a clinician-patient, pharmacist-patient, attorney-client, or advisory relationship and does not guarantee any research outcome.
Product names, strengths, descriptions, images, packaging, pricing, and availability may change without notice. Images are illustrative and packaging may vary. Wildwood Peptides may correct errors, limit quantities, discontinue a product, reject an order, or cancel an order when inventory, pricing, compliance, fraud-prevention, shipping, or other concerns arise.
Submitting checkout creates an order request; it does not guarantee acceptance, payment confirmation, fulfillment, or shipment.
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars. Shipping charges are added at checkout. Payment is completed outside this website through the method selected by the customer: PayPal, Venmo, Cash App, or a manually issued PayPal invoice for supported card and digital-wallet payments.
Payment must be completed within 24 hours after the order is submitted or, for PayPal invoice orders, within the stated invoice window. Unpaid orders may be cancelled automatically and reserved inventory released. Customers must send the exact amount and include only the Wildwood order number in a payment note. Product names or other sensitive details should not be included.
Third-party payment providers operate under their own terms and privacy practices. Wildwood Peptides does not collect or store card numbers, bank-account credentials, wallet credentials, or payment-provider passwords through this website.
Inventory may be reserved while payment is pending, but a reservation is temporary and does not transfer ownership. An order is not ready for fulfillment until payment has been received and confirmed. Order status information is provided as a convenience and may be updated when payment, preparation, carrier, or administrative information changes.
Available options currently include Standard Shipping for $10 and Expedited 2-Day Shipping for $30. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Expedited service describes the selected carrier service after fulfillment and does not guarantee same-day processing.
You are responsible for providing a complete, accurate, and deliverable address. Wildwood Peptides is not responsible for delays, failed delivery, loss, theft, damage, temperature exposure, weather, carrier errors, service interruptions, or address problems outside its reasonable control. Additional charges resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address may be the customer's responsibility.
Because research products require controlled handling and chain-of-custody protection, sales are generally final and returns or exchanges are not accepted. Product-specific no-refund terms displayed before purchase also apply.
Cancellation requests are not guaranteed and may be denied after payment confirmation or fulfillment begins. If an order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, contact Wildwood promptly with the order number, a description of the issue, packaging photographs, and product photographs. Any replacement, credit, or refund is determined after review and to the extent permitted by applicable law.
You may not use the website or products for an unlawful, deceptive, unsafe, abusive, or unauthorized purpose; interfere with website operation or security; attempt unauthorized access; introduce malicious code; scrape or reproduce content at scale; misrepresent your identity or qualifications; circumvent quantity or access restrictions; or use Wildwood names, labels, content, or products to make unsupported medical or therapeutic claims.
The Wildwood Peptides name, tree mark, label designs, product presentation, photography, written content, page design, and other original materials are owned by or licensed to Wildwood Peptides and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. No license is granted except the limited right to use the website for its intended purpose.
The website may rely on or link to payment providers, email-delivery services, carriers, hosting providers, or other third parties. Wildwood Peptides does not control their systems, availability, content, security, terms, or privacy practices and is not responsible for their independent acts or omissions.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website, content, order tools, and products are provided “as is” and “as available,” without express or implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, uninterrupted availability, research outcome, or suitability for any particular application.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so portions of this section may not apply to you.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wildwood Peptides and its owners, personnel, affiliates, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages; lost profits, data, opportunities, or research; personal injury or property damage arising from prohibited or unintended use; or losses caused by third-party providers, carriers, unauthorized access, or events outside reasonable control.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, total liability for a claim relating to a product or order will not exceed the amount paid to Wildwood Peptides for the product or order giving rise to that claim. Applicable law may provide rights that cannot be waived or limited.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Wildwood Peptides and its owners, personnel, affiliates, and service providers from claims, losses, liabilities, penalties, damages, and reasonable costs arising from your violation of these Terms, unlawful or prohibited conduct, misuse or redistribution of a product, misrepresentation, or infringement of another person's rights, except to the extent prohibited by applicable law.
Wildwood Peptides may update these Terms by posting a revised effective date. Continued website use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Access may be suspended or terminated when necessary to protect the website, business, customers, or legal compliance.
If a provision is found unenforceable, it will be limited or removed only to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in effect. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
