What does “research use only” mean?
Wildwood products are intended exclusively for controlled laboratory research. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease and are not for human consumption.
How do I place an order?
Add available products to your cart, complete checkout, and submit your order. You will receive a unique Wildwood order number before choosing your payment method.
When is inventory reserved?
Inventory is temporarily reserved when an order is submitted. Payment-confirmed orders finalize the allocation; expired or cancelled unpaid orders release the reserved inventory.
How do I check my order?
Use the Track Order page with the exact Wildwood order number and email address entered at checkout. Your full shipping address is never shown there.
When will my order ship?
Orders move into preparation only after payment is confirmed. Tracking information appears in the order tracker once the package has been marked shipped.
Can an order be changed after submission?
Contact Wildwood as soon as possible and include only your order number. Changes are not guaranteed after payment has been confirmed or preparation has begun.
